Our Preaching – Preaching is the primary way that God instructs us in his Word, which alone is the source of truth concerning the character of God, the nature of man, the way of salvation, and the hope of heaven. Declaring Scripture’s truth is our highest privilege as Christ’s ambassadors. We therefore believe that preaching should be the central part of any worship service and that it should explain and apply what God’s Word says. The preaching here is biblical and expositional and focuses on God and his works and will, not psychological theories, empty emotionalism, or the Pastor’s favorite stories. The only story that matters is the unfolding story of redemption in the gospel, which alone is able to save sinners and change lives.
