Good leaders certainly will have the ability to lead, they will also have a clear idea of the destination to which they are leading people and of the best path by which to arrive there.
In the realm of the church, for those who would be leaders of God’s people, God himself has given qualifications and qualities in the Bible which give priority to character traits.
